With our breath we are able to stimulate our nervous system, removing stuck energy, such as emotional or physical traumas. We enter an altered state of consciousness, often producing a blissful and joyful experience. By flooding the body with oxygen we can help the cells return to their natural regenerative process.
Briefly, we sit to discuss this breathing technique and pattern. I will then guide you through an hour of breathing, using carefully selected music to create a blissful experience leaving you feeling more joy and peace in your life
